Hey everyone, and thank you for reading the manga so far. I think we are in the home stretch, with maybe 3 or at most 4 chapters left. As this is based on a light novel of the same name that does not have any sequels, hopefully, we can get many of the answers that we would like.
This chapter was semi-difficult, and I did reference the light novel in some of the tone and conversation. For instance, one of the ways she could say the line essentially meaning "it would be very bad if I die," as they wouldn't have someone to try and banish/fight the demon, it came out as "I cannot die", which would raise so many questions. Additionally, they did not touch upon it too much but familiars in the story are charged with sacrificing their lives for their masters, so Meme-chan did his duty until the end. If there are any mistakes, please do not hesitate to bring them up. I "feel" like I am being more consistent, but maybe that is just my internal bias.

interesting meme-chan doing that 'resting pose'

@LilDremmy Page 4, 'sacrifice'. and stray text on the boys face on page 9? Page 18, maybe it should be "From" now on, not for now on?

I could understand a cop coming to school to tell a class about classmates deaths but never say anything about supernatural stuff lol

But talismans aside, the 'you can't leave' thing would make me think he's some psychopath holding the class hostage

Don't believe Hitode's lies! Sacrifice her to the demon.

Also , wtf happened after Mizuiro dragged Aoi out of the class? and how did Hitode bring Aoi to school? Did she have her policeman "dad" help her drug and abduct Aoi? Did Mizuiro carry an unconscious Aoi all the way from school back to her house? how did he get her back into her house without her parents noticing? And if Mizuiro didn't bring Aoi back to her house then why isn't she acting weird over the fact that she woke up outside her bed?
If the police helped bring Aoi back to her house, did they undress her as well? Or Does Aoi think it's normal to wake up in her full school uniform?
lots of things about these two chapters make no sense.

So I can answer the first bit of your question, in that Hitode texted Aoi to meet up early before school. I'm guessing with Aoi not really paying attention to Hitode's family name, she was like "who is that?" to Mizuiro and decided, "you know, I think I will meet up with this person before school". This does not explain WHY Mitsuhashi decided to go to the school.
Oh, actually, I think I can answer every question. I sometimes do stream of consciousness typing and will just go back to do spelling corrections, but otherwise, I just let it flow. Anyways, on page 4 of chapter 14, you can barely see Aoi in a bed, and that is why they are in the nurses' office. As this was before school, with Aoi being in uniform, she (leap in logic) either thought it was all a weird dream vision and waking up in the nurses' office was normal, or she had guessed enough of what was going on to accept that there were some supernatural existence things going on.

Yep. So far, it seems the Manga is following the main events rather well, but the light novel will expand on discussions, back story, inner dialog, and kind of just standard light novel things. I have only read some brief excerpts as I needed to get some understanding of either dialog or how characters or portrayed (such as when Aoi is hugging Meme, I had a thought that it was the soul of her sister, or like emotionally what would she say with Meme dying). I will say, granted, the book is unavailable in English, and I do not think there are plans for any additional stories.
