The sad thing is, this isn't even as over-the-top as the WN. Many of us are here to see what it's been turned into.
Sadly, Magic-hands-san's ero ero pero pero has been significantly toned down in the manga.

Heck, at this point in the WN Haruka's orgasmic hands have teased every female member of the class, plus Angelina is 'more than cooperative' with the process, being responsible for covering Haruka's eyes and failing to perform said task adequately. Haruka still keeps his eyes shut, but his mana vision has worked the whole time, and he's slowly becoming numb to nipple-slips and getting face-crotch pressed by every lucky-pervert trope possible.

This, is more background plot indicating Haruka is falling apart at the seams while keeping a stiff upper lip.

The whole point of this series is that it's poking fun at tropes, twisting them and then reveling in the unexpected results of the resonance cascade failure that follows.
It could be the next Gintama, but I don't think it'll get that kind of popularity from the anime, who's first season is running now.

This manga can be chalked up to false advertisement after the first few situations, but it's been an enjoyable ride.. up until now.. Fluff those  goddamn ears right now, you buffoon! You've got the perfect situation to pat them for the purpose of offering comfort, and you get to fluff what must be fluffed! You dare forget the purpose of your hands, only to blueball yourself with thoughts of a domimatrix?!

While I do get the others' hatred towards the big difference between the LN which has is more language and world building using different eroticism, and this manga which is wholesome PG-13 most of the time—comparing it since chapter 1 is useless.

We already know since the first couple of chapters that the LN will not have its deserved adaptation, and hey, they're still here repeating their complaints after reading hundreds of chapters.

I don't want to be rude or similar things like that, but what can you or me do but complain? It will just fall in deaf ears, and will really be a waste of time and energy.
