Unless I'm thinking of a different part, in the manga she shows up in a towel and he freaks out and and they immediately leave to have a talk, there isn't any implied time actually spent naked in the bath. Funny how much the manga/novel differ, though.

Jeeze. The Manga REALLY needs to get onto the Novel's level. Even something just a little more suggestive would have been nice to have.

I fast read the WN version(only read the first 1000 ch) and honestly the depiction aren't that graphic. You don't have a full plap plap plap get creamed get creamed scene and it's just "the whole carriage wad shaking and everyone get out with a red face".

It's slightly confusing because you have
1. The original WN, which has about 300 chapters.
2. The LN.
3. The R18 (rewrite) WN, which has about 3000 chapters LOL.

But this manga is missing a lot more than mild descriptions of sex. For one, it's frequently hilarious. Lots of references, for those that enjoy that. Also the madness that is Haruka - both the things he does, but also how he thinks and speaks... just madness. Let me tell you... I don't envy the translator for this one.

As for "manipulation", the first to get tamed are "the bitches". However that happened on accident (in the woods at the very beginning) and he hasn't abused that status at all, though he could. That fact has made him a lot more trustworthy to the rest. He deliberately used it on Angelica, but you might remember her state at that time. And their relationship didn't start because of it, but because Angelica initiated it.

At this point: Angelica yes, President no. Angelica has been trying to bring others into their bedroom though. And considering that Haruka is making the girl's clothes (bra and panties included)... some interesting fitting sessions have occurred.

Manga seems to be forgo the 'nighttime fun' aspect entirely, I suspect just substituting it for 'manipulation', even dialog-wise...

The swap for 'Manipulation' makes a lot of things make a lot more sense. I've been trying to figure out what the Manipulation skill actually was. Reading it makes it sound like it's some kind of taming skill, but if they're swapping the 'nighttime fun' for the desire to be 'manipulated' it makes so much more sense.
