I think at least Kakimoto is into Sakura though, because on this page it looks like she's saying "let's go" (she could just be telling up to shape up) and with his blush here he looks into her. Notably she did NOT use his given name so they're not THAT close.

The assumption that she would be rejected before even asking him and that assumption that the manager is romantically interested in him. Girl is making a lot of guess work

Hey I’m Ik6n (icon) from lowkeyidkscans, I was wondering if after you post the chapters you said you were going to post, we could take over the series? Of course, we’ll wait till you respond to take action whether it’s a yes or no. If it’s a no, then that’s totally respectable since we did come out of nowhere asking to translate this. But if it is possible, like I said before, we’d like to take over this manga after you finish the translations for the chapters you said you were going to do. Also before I go, I did notice you were trying to find people to help translate, so even if you don’t want to give up the series, we’d love to collab with you in order to make your work load less stressful.
