The entire chapter, the only thing I could focus on is the fact that young Kawa-chan didn't have any ears on the upper hand. That means they canonically grew in since she started working for the company.

She didn't have them in the short chapter 0, or in chapter 1. Little tufts start forming near the right places after Yui hugs her the first time in chapter 1, and become more and more like ears over the next few chapters. By chapter 4 they're pretty much fully formed.

So not only did they canonically grow in after she started working for the company, they canonically grew in after Yui started hugging her.
