It's kinda funny that after the other two girls were shot down they completely vanished from the manga. No friendly texts, background appearances, even a random shot during school... just gone.

Don't get me wrong I'm glad that the main pairing are finally about to properly confess (hopefully) but I'm hoping the series doesn't immediatly end as soon as they start dating with how things are bee lining.

I was actually thinking the same thing. They just disappeared. Maybe when the mom moves in Rena will become relevant since the mom wants Shiki to marry her.
