Having taken care of kittens I would say if lynx are anything similar to cats the lynx wouldn't have any growth in that department so it's basically tough to determine the gender just from the looks when they are small. Besides the only protruding thing would be their "snowballs" when they're grown up (and I don't think owners would usually be biased over their reproductive organs while holding them like that)I might be saying bs here, but I'm pretty sure the Lynx is a she.
Simply because page 9, when they hold her, stomach towards us. The grandpa's left hand would literally be holding him by the dick if it was a male.
Then again, simple conjecture.
