@Acheron234 that was my thought too. I mean last we saw they were still sleeping in separate beds during the whole "trial marriage" bit.

All they really had to do was after the two agreed to drop the "trial" pretense and just be married have a chapter end with a shot of them sharing a bed. No smut, nothing racy. Just asleep in each others' arms. That'd clearly establish that they're together at night and it's a lot shorter line to draw between there and "baby" than what we have to do now.
