Tbf I am out of the closet with friend and family but also some people are more comfortable still living with their assigned gender at birth that what they may feel like a in between, everyone has their own point of view on their body and some might just not feel compelled to go further and that is valid.
I already get enough dysmorphia as it is and it got way worse when I seen myself in a dress because the contrast between who I am and my body was even more highlighted
