The translator has been cherry picking "chapters" since 311, so they likely have a bias as to which ones they're doing.
There could also be the factor of the mangaka testing to see what's most popular on twitter (like doing same idea with different variations), to decide their next published series will be like (Or it's just based off their fetishes).
