I know im late but If you think back to multiple chapters ago, Shougo (A street fighter) was wearing a shirt that said "Holyland" in the cover page. This could be too far fetched, but It might be symbolism of the idea of the "Holyland" being the streets along with it's martial arts, and the hell being on the pro/amateur boxer obviously means the opposite within the context of the street fighters atleast.
