Except for Shonen Jump. They care so much they killed Mangastream, the best scanlator groups of 2010s. That’s why you don’t find Naruto, One Piece, etc. here. Those SJ guys are almost as rabid as Nintendo.

Yeah. Shonen Jump, SquareEnix, and NIS America... They seem like the most lawsuit-happy of publishers, though mainly because they have direct pipelines to the publishers in Japan by virtue of being under the same parent companies. Like how Crunchy Soggyroll gets all their stuff directly through their parent company, Sony. (More like force-fed if you ask me.)
