She is a relative of Tesla that's for sure, also Kelvin is not Merlin that's for sure. Cause if he was Merlin then why would he go back to the Sea of Quanta instead of fighting with the so called Arthur? Another thing to notice is that Merlin wasn't a fighter himself, so the chances of Kelvin being Merlin are slim.
