The characters in this manga always feel fake and overly dramatic, not much different from how manga characters act when doing the infamous Romeo & Juliet/Beauty & The Beast play for the school cultural festival, only difference is here they act like that 24/7.

Yeah, it's over, this is just protagonist being almost autistic about separating tv from reality, like he puts his tv persona 24/7 because he cannot tell the difference from acting and reality and treats everyone else as if they are on set even when they are sincere.
