How would someone changing genders overnight be difficult to prove?

Do they overwrite the memories of their previous gender from everyone around them?

Wtf?

Logic goes where?

It's just a plot-device for cheap and easy drama. It's really silly.

I've read more chapters and yes, the drama is cheap.
Author clearly explains the story talks about a case in the future where the illness is known and what can happens to someone afflicted by it is clear to researchers.
Still, MC run away from home and his mother is using his old photos to search for him.
Didn't accept her son was hit by a illness that is fucking well known.
Of course somenone would think is a prank or someone trying to steal his identity, the fact that his blood changes so much is not even related anymore doesn't help, but there must be a way to find out if someone have it, so it makes no sense that after explaining his identity his own family didn't even try to accept it, the author forced it too much.

Not taken personally. It's just funny how cis people invent new diseases rather than admit trans people exist and use what we go through irl as torture porn. Whatever, I still read the trash anyways lmfao

Just wanna add that the story is set 10 years before the disease is even considered a mental illness, let alone before TS disease as an actual condition is well known. The captions are descriptions of common things that happened to people with the disease told through the lens of the MC's past.

That's made clearer in more recent chapters though.
