"Oops dusted" generally was during the goddess mana incident. Unless she is specifically concentrating on dusting the equipment, or use an absurd amount of mana, like with dusty's necklace during the war (it also wasn't an immediate effect) - it should be okay.

Even if those charms are to protect her from the gods, Rozemyne looks divine with them. I can not imagine how hard it is to draw her with this detail in the hair and garments.

Yes, and all of them were intentional.

But if her own retinue or Ferdinand put that on her, it's "for her own good" and she knows it. She will not destroy it, because destroying the tool will not make the reason "why that tool was used in the first place" disappear. If anything, Ferdinand would have a rather strong sentiment and lecture about it.

It's just a way to control yourself from saying things that you shouldn't say, but still do unintentionally.

At this point in the story, she is formally engaged (with the approval of the Zent, making the engagement ironclad). And anyone who might even try to propose himself as a second husband (that is rare for men, but possible in this society) would have to face quite the challenge.
