In her defense.
The incident this time really wasn't caused by Myne.

most incidents weren't caused by myne she was always on the defensive and noone actually wanted, listened or believed her side of the story.

I suppose the better wording would've been that she make it explode into absurd scale.

Take for example the year 1 flow.
Start with accidental blessing that wakes up the shumils.
Ditter with Dunkel because she refused to give up the shumils.
Curveball into playing matchmaker for Anastasius because she kept getting results.

Whereas this time
She get sent to the past while shit goes down.

By the time she return, it's already national level incident.

Are you taking over this series from Lessy? It'd be a bit of a shame to have competing translations 🤷

I enjoy Lessy’s translations, but they tend to take quite a while between chapters with no real timeline for completion. I understand that having competing translations can be a bit annoying, but I imagine mine will probably be the only one available for some time.

RM was absolutely willing to give up the shumils just to someone who would actually keep them operational and functional instead of having them be essencially plush toys. But again ppl just didn't listen to her arguments.
The blessing again not her fault entirely. that's the fault of Ferdinand and mostly Sylvester for forcing her to go to the RA when she couldn't control her mana even to such a degree that she couldn't even stand even when both knew she couldn't do that. and partly on the RF for not doing their research before executing all the archlibrarians and thus allowing the shumils to drain of mana if they were filled no way they could be stolen. not to mention this was one of the obvious abuses that RM actually faced she never got a childhood magic tool
the last one again not her fault anything she did she was directly ordered by the prince to do. again not her fault can't deny a prince's order especially not when you're from a lower duchy. but in this one she was actually believed and listened to.

How to be an unapologetic sniper without saying it out loud

I'm not going to judge based solely on the sniping but I'm personally fine with Lessy's pace, so I really don't see much additional value from getting these out faster. Would be nice to see some coordination instead of competition tho. Ymmv 🤷

Given that nobles speak in euphemism, her whole speech could've been taken as 'you're not worthy, I AM'
And RM herself have admitted she fails at understanding these euphemism at times.
"What's hastening arrival of Winter?"
Instant room freeze.

Neither Ferdinand nor Sylvester would know she would have such a hard time controlling her mana after the soak, it's not like they have much time to test out her capability in details.
when she's not even fully cured of mana fragments yet, Ferdinand really pushed the deadline to wake her up as late as he could

By your logic, RF can't also be blamed for the shumils going ded since
they're generations after the initial royal abandoned the real way of getting the holy book so they did not understand the librarians' loyalty to the library

She did not get a childhood magic tool, but she got an actual release ring before baptism (remember Ferdinand took it from her before the baptism ceremony so she can 'officially' receive it)

And frankly the last one IS totally on her for actually trying to step up to the task and got Eglantine to open up instead of just halfassing the attempt and come back with 'I tried, she didn't budge'

1st sure nobles speak in euphemisms but she directly states to Anastasius when reporting on the fight that she is willing to give it up.
2nd they absolutely knew she wouldn't have the standard mana control because that was part of the reason for the jureve to be applied for the special measurements directly reported to Hirshrur. And yeah they didn't have much time to test her capabilities but even the ride to the castle was directly stated that RM was failing her control there.
3rd you seem to be under some misinterpretation of how a jureve works a jureve has a set capacity that it can heal it isn't an indefinite soak.
that's why she couldn't reuse the old one but had to get new ingredients for her 2nd jureve
it's also the reason why there were 2 options that discussed initially between Karsted and Ferdinand about having 1 long soak or several smaller ones.
4th and that's why the special measurements for enrollment were there so that she could still go off season when they didn't know when she would recover. Being immobile isn't recovered. The reason why the measure was cancelled is because of Sylvester because he wanted RM to go with Wilfred to the RA so they could start spreading trends with Wilfreds enrollment and Wilfred could even unintentionally steal some of RMs credit. so yeah i will blame him because it is his selfishness that caused that.
5th yeah i also stated in the comment that the RF is also to blame. for the disabling of the tools.
6th i can understand a person blaming RM for stepping up to the task but RM is also not in a position to know how to act because all she was ever told is to comply with royalty when she asked her guardians how to act.
7th you seem to misunderstand what childhood magic tools are. childhood magical tools are worn by noble (that actually recieves one) from childhood till adulthood. they are there not just to control the buildup of mana in the child but also to prevent flareups when someone gets to emotional. a ring and a childhood magic tool are in no way exchangeable especially since part of the tool is the container that is filled by the tool to transfer the mana to the feystones inside. that's a thing that most normal kids do practically until they get to the academy. her not getting one because she doesn't need to store mana is understandable her not getting one despite them knowing just how emotional RM is is just downright idiotic and abusive to knowingly not do that.

1st sure nobles speak in euphemisms but she directly states to Anastasius when reporting on the fight that she is willing to give it up.

But by adding that condition, her statement instead could be taken as euphemism. Just go read any chapters where the commoner merchants mention how noble customers just order things one-sidedly, THAT is how higher rank noble expect lower rank ones to act.

But she was still able to function in the castle, not this 'oops she accidentally explode into blessings' which is more of her issue (both mentally and constitution)

If people can have such accurate prediction of RM, a lot of incidents could've been stopped before she push it.

The talk would be between using the whole bottle vs small amount at a time.

Having to take off season classes would be known to the rest of the duchies and affect RM's reputation negatively, so it's in her own best interest to not do so anyway.

5th yeah i also stated in the comment that the RF is also to blame. for the disabling of the tools.

And I'm saying by your logic that RM isn't at fault for X because it's totally another person's, then RF is in the same boat that they're the generation growing under the false knowledge of how important the library is thus assign the limited personnel they have elsewhere.
(heck, remember Trauqual wasn't even raised to be Zent)

6th i can understand a person blaming RM for stepping up to the task but RM is also not in a position to know how to act because all she was ever told is to comply with royalty when she asked her guardians how to act.

She's lowball things before, like the very first time Ferdinand has her touch the sacred tool to see how much she can fill because she's afraid it might break like Frida's.

Or her using Anastasius's words as excuse to not contact him after the tea party with Eglantine.

Care to source this? (Not like 'go read X LN ch Y', but actually quote where you got this from) because given how nobles view controlling emotion with such high importance, it feels like someone wearing such control tool all the way to adulthood would be viewed with a lot of mockeries.

Or heck since you mention the tool seem to have different appearance to baptism ring, how come I haven't seen any characters point out RM's lack of one if it's such an affront? (or just show a comparison of RM not wearing one vs, say, Wilfried wearing one)

This one feels like a headcanon from you than actual thing.

those below have to obey those above them since it was the aubs decision that she goes to the RA she has to go. Also Riyharda is her chief attendant is loyal to the aub not her charge and the only one who knew about them besides the ADF. remember that RM had only 5 retainers before the RA.
Having to take off season classes would be known to the rest of the duchies and affect RM's reputation negatively, so it's in her own best interest to not do so anyway.
sure and not being able to properly control her mana as an archduke candidate wouldn't?

And I'm saying by your logic that RM isn't at fault for X because it's totally another person's, then RF is in the same boat that they're the generation growing under the false knowledge of how important the library is thus assign the limited personnel they have elsewhere.
(heck, remember Trauqual wasn't even raised to be Zent)
sure but even ministers know that there are separate record rooms that only the Aub would have access to hell RM is told about them after her first year. But it's not about that. The RF ignoring the personnel without conformation is the problem they have a librarian from their camp they could have easily had a scholar talk to Solange about if the oath actually exists. Also the RF didn't have the false knowledge of how important the library is they regularly visited as stated in the libraries journaly even Waldifried was directly stated to be visiting it. that doesn't mean it would be told to ministers sure and while yes they lost the true meaning of it there known aspects of why they showed up there. TQ lack of knowledge on that front is understandable but his dismissal when presented with the evidence is where the blame lies.

If she'd just kept quiet and didn't add the extra info, she would've been free.
on the first point that wasn't intentional. it's clearly stated that she took it off because she was surprised by the circle as well as fearing it might break. but again that's not intentional lowball because she wasn't even in the know what was being asked or measured of her.
on the 2nd part sure but there would be consequences if he found out later through different means that she knew and intentionally withhold that info.

Fanbook 6 has the direct drawing of the childhood magic tools and their purpose(if you want the actual picture here's the link to the fandom site for the scan). also the reason they aren't drawn is simply because it would clutter without adding anything or simply because it's tradition to now show your tools. you can see one when they are discussed here when we see philine directly filling hers. the reason noone would point it out is 2 fold it's an internal family issue so it should stay internal and questioning it would be questioning the Aub that is if one even knew about it. 2nd the tool is adjustable so anyone looking to her from the outside would just assume she's wearing one higher up on her arm so noone except her head attendant who gets her ready in the morning (and knows the actual reason why she doesn't have one) wouldn't know about it. but that doesn't change the fact that she doesn't have one. you can make an excuse for anything but that doesn't make it right.

Except it was also Rihyalda who spoke up against Sylvester AND Ferdinand for how they treated RM.

sure and not being able to properly control her mana as an archduke candidate wouldn't?

That's why those in her circle spin it as her praying (which she did) for the library and omitted the part about the blessings being accidental.
The same with her blessings during music class, she can put positive spin on it.
Since it's not like she's constantly releasing blessings, the assumption isn't that she can't control her mana (her control during mana compression is going to impress most professors)

But her missing the 1st year + having to take classes later? Then it's on the other people to put their spin on the situation since she wouldn't be there to defend herself.

sure but even ministers know that there are separate libraries that only the Aub would have access to hell RM is told about them after her first year.

Except what she heard was basically a vague 'mystery of the school' story, not what she eventually uncover later.
Heck the version she heard is only royals can access that archive, which turns out to not be true.

the problem they have a librarian from their camp they could have easily had a scholar talk to Solange about if the oath actually exists

The librarians are not from any camp, that was the point to why all of the archlibrarians were purged, they refused to swear loyalty to the new Zent because they're sworn to the library.

that's not intentional lowball because she wasn't even in the know what was being asked or measured of her.

Ferdinand not informing her? What?
https://mangadex.org/chapter/ef2bbddc-e8fa-45e6-8723-f8d87be17daa/29
Told part of her job is to offer mana.
https://mangadex.org/chapter/ef2bbddc-e8fa-45e6-8723-f8d87be17daa/33
Get asked after she stop if this amount is burdening her.

on the 2nd part sure but there would be consequences if he found out later through different means that she knew and intentionally withhold that info.

So your excuse is there's a CHANCE someone else will SOMEHOW get Eglantine to open up about her secret plan that she only shared with RM because of her temple upbringing...
How many temple-raised nobles you think are attending RA again?

"Many" i.e. not all nobles do this.
I get a feeling the choice to use that tool as mana surge protector is less about the tool's purpose and more about the cost to afford better things.

Like this
Or all the other charms on her, etc. (remember her turning into lit up christmas tree during whirling practice)

So if anything nobody would find it odd RM doesn't have one, because she's practically decked out in even better stuffs. If anything a basic mana absorbing tool will probably get dusted the moment she have actual surge given her mana capacity as you so nicely linked to the related conversation.

spoke up yes but she has no deciding power. there's also a difference between being loyal to someone and serving them.
That's why those in her circle spin it as her praying (which she did) for the library and omitted the part about the blessings being accidental.

i'm in no way talking about the blessing i'm talking about her practically failing her mana manipulation classes after everyone even archnobles completed them.
But her missing the 1st year + having to take classes later? Then it's on the other people to put their spin on the situation since she wouldn't be there to defend herself.
there is nothing to defend or put their spin on it there were directly known why she would be missing because of the attack and the special attendance she was given.
Except what she heard was basically a vague 'mystery of the school' story, not what she eventually uncover later.
Heck the version she heard is only royals can access that archive, which turns out to not be true.
yes that specific one sure. But the one isn't specific again the archive RM is told isn't told to her by the librarians but by Ferdinand again AFTER her first year when Sylvester go to search for the Haldenzel miracle those are the archives i'm talking about. and those are the ones that the RF should have been searching for all over the sovereignty.
The librarians are not from any camp, that was the point to why all of the archlibrarians were purged, they refused to swear loyalty to the new Zent because they're sworn to the library.
The librarians can't swear loyalty to anyone but that does not mean that they can't show obedience to anyone just look at the fact that Solange still obeys the RF. the "camp" is from the perspective of those doing the investigation not what they actually are for the purposes of the search into what their circumstances are.
Ferdinand not informing her? What?

glow yeah kind of like how the chalise glowed when she offered mana to it. this is directly stated in the LN that she was suprised by the appearance of the circle on the shield. she also directly stated that she wasn't burdened and that she felt fine.
So your excuse is there's a CHANCE someone else will SOMEHOW get Eglantine to open up about her secret plan that she only shared with RM because of her temple upbringing...
How many temple-raised nobles you think are attending RA again?
there's a difference between her plan to enter the temple and the reasoning for her choosing neither prince. i'm not talking about the plan to enter the temple but her reasoning for choosing neither and RM knowing it. that part she might share especially with her Grandfather and if she chose to go to the temple RM might be blamed by the prince if anyone comes across that she knew and didn't report it.
"Many" i.e. not all nobles do this.
I get a feeling the choice to use that tool as mana surge protector is less about the tool's purpose and more about the cost to afford better things.
the childs magic tools are directly stated to be one of the most expensive magic tools one can have. directly in the conversation i linked (though not in the manga but in the LN) while they still all use other things regularly. also yeah it's a choice... in adulthood for ppl who have good emotional control. which myne clearly did not so anyone would question why she didn't have one if they knew she didn't have one
Like this
Or all the other charms on her, etc. (remember her turning into lit up christmas tree during whirling practice)

So if anything nobody would find it odd RM doesn't have one, because she's practically decked out in even better stuffs.
those are the body enhancement tools that she is flooding with mana not any actual syphoning tools nor draining tools aka they use no mana they just store it in the same way that a faystone can be flooded with mana. there's a direct difference between mana absorbing tools. and mana draining tools and that is proactivity which is the core of the reason why it's needed.
If anything a basic mana absorbing tool will probably get dusted the moment she have actual surge given her mana capacity as you so nicely linked to the related conversation.
yes and no. a tools capacity is always dependent on the quality of materials used. all they would have to do is use better materials which they would have had because you see one directly when first Ferdinand is lending it to her in part 2 when she was still a hiden shrine maiden. and suprise suprise it didn't get dusted.

spoke up yes but she has no deciding power. there's also a difference between being loyal to someone and serving them.

Sylvester has the final call, sure, but he isn't making decisions without taking into consideration what Rihyalda said.
Hell, he listened to RM on the matter of Italian restaurant and other things like reducing his own reliance on Ferdinand.

A master who doesn't listen to their retainers would lose their trust in turn (i.e. Hanne atm)

i'm in no way talking about the blessing i'm talking about her practically failing her mana manipulation classes after everyone even archnobles completed them.

https://mangadex.org/chapter/d587d589-1b8f-4927-a990-b8115d5b50ae/23
Initial issue was from her being already surrounded by strong mana field due to her magic tools. Literally not about mana control.
https://mangadex.org/chapter/d587d589-1b8f-4927-a990-b8115d5b50ae/25
Then as seen she can avoid exploding them when she is NOT trying to pour in mana i.e. controlling it.
https://mangadex.org/chapter/d587d589-1b8f-4927-a990-b8115d5b50ae/26
When she actually pour it, the tiny feystone explode because of her massive mana that even a 'tiny amount' of hers is still too much.
This isn't 'oops I explode in blessings' loss of control. Heck Hirchur even talk about how Ferdinand also had this issue initially...because god forbid CHILDREN WHO LITERALLY JUST ENTER SCHOOL isn't perfect.

But the one isn't specific again the archive RM is told isn't told to her by the librarians but by Ferdinand again AFTER her first year when Sylvester go to search for the Haldenzel miracle those are the archives i'm talking about.

Can't be arsed to double check but I'm pretty sure he went to the Aub-only archive IN EHRENFEST, which made her initially joke about wanting to become the Aub to enter that place.
Which means that place is useless for what RF want.

The librarians can't swear loyalty to anyone but that does not mean that they can't show obedience to anyone just look at the fact that Solange still obeys the RF

But they were executed because when demanded to swear fealty, they refused.
They're willing to obey/help because that's their duty, but swearing fealty was not possible for them

there's a difference between her plan to enter the temple and the reasoning for her choosing neither prince. i'm not talking about the plan to enter the temple but her reasoning for choosing neither and RM knowing it

The part about not wanting to be a spark of war? That Anastasius ALREADY know?
https://mangadex.org/chapter/81fc2a87-cb76-4a53-9e16-59bc9688110a/12
https://mangadex.org/chapter/81fc2a87-cb76-4a53-9e16-59bc9688110a/13
Note the lack of surprise after RM ask about it.

The stuffs RM brought up that is new to him:
Eglantine personally want to choose neither princes.
Eglantine would rather prioritize peace over status.
Eglantine thought Anastasius wanted her hand in marriage for political reason.

the childs magic tools are directly stated to be one of the most expensive magic tools one can have.

Are you saying RM's rainbow feystones hair ornaments is somehow cheaper than, say, Philine's childhood magic tool?

in adulthood for ppl who have good emotional control. which myne clearly did not so anyone would question why she didn't have one if they knew she didn't have one

Because she doesn't lose control in public enough to make people question such a thing?
Go read the mana compression chapter of arc 4, Rauffen literally was holding a tool to check for mana leakage and his response was she wasn't leaking any. Y'know, the same chapter where another kid was shown to get mana rampage trying to compress mana and the nobody was questioning the lack of this anti-flaring tool which would be oh so convenient to prevent such a thing.

aka they use no mana

magic tool
'use no mana'
Sorry, but I can't be as retarded as you to suggest magic tools literally don't use mana to function.

when she was still a hiden shrine maiden. and suprise suprise it didn't get dusted.

The time when she still had mana fragments inside her + younger i.e. she had far less mana than when she enter school?
I'm sorry, but do you not get the concept of passage of time and growth?
