Odd, I swear I read at the end of the previous chapter that this 64.5 would be the last chapter, and the forum thread said I would need to wait a month for that to release. Now I'm at the end of 64.5 and being told to wait for 64.6.

Sure, it's an extra, but keeping me on the edge for another month is torture.

Normally we'd release 64.6 on 15th this month since it's an extra. But P3 C1 is BRUTAL with some very tricky redrawing (even for AI), so there's no way I can pull it off in just 15 days. That's why we made the decision to go for April 1st release for 64.6, it'll give us extra time to edit P3 C1 as best as we could.
