The Arno one is wildly controversial so I’m not that surprised they aren’t including it. they had Arno mention the unpleasant memories of the room which is enough to establish his struggles with it that we see in the p3 manga

This is the first time I'm hearing of the Arno sidestory being controversial at all, it gives quite a bit of important context for the events of part 2, gives context for Fran's struggles with that room in part 3 and gives a glimpse into the state of the orphanage before Myne arrived, which is why I found it surprising it wasn't covered.

Also because you'll only get spoiled if you start reading part 4 manga, since part 3 manga won't be finished even in Japan for another 6 or 7 years. And let's not even talk about the part 5 manga that started, the part 4 manga will need likely 10-12 years to conclude in Japan.

At the moment, part 4 and part 5 manga are for light novels readers ONLY.
