Something crazy is going to happen isn't?

Depends on your definition.
Just casually getting so many divine protections that she has to lie about the actual amount. (IIRC something like 40 out of the 50-ish names)

This is during the time where someone even getting ANY divine protection is already rare.

The chapter itself give all the clues to explain it though, so it's not 'crazy' in that it's got proper explanation.

If getting blessed by almost all the Gods is something crazy, then yes. But since it's not really something that will be publicly shared, so nothing really crazy is going to happen.

I really love the librarians and their lore, iirc it was a side story in the novel told from Solange's PoV, but I hope to see the lore drop in the manga somewhere.

The reason why there are so few librarians because
1) Librarians are soveriegn nobles, some came from various duchies.
2) Some duchies joined the wrong side of the succession war, and nobles associated to those duchies got purged by guilty by association, including the librarian.
3) Those that did not get purged were offered jobs, some already swore to serve a goddess (of knowledge, Mestionora, I think?) and you know how serious contracts in this story are, they took their oath very seriously, so they refused the offer. They were made an example, and got unalived for insubordination by the winning side.

The rest who did not swore to the goddess return to the court, and serve the war-torn mana-deficit after-war country, leaving just Solange alone in the academy library.

Aw, C'mon. Why the chapter have to stop on such a nice moment. I wanna see Myne getting showered by blessing of all gods and goddesses.

If you have read the LN, then all you have to do is check the Manga raw to see how it happens.
Chapter 4 raw is already out.

Thank you, I like reading all the small details.
But how is Solange still safe?

Man they really ended the chapter at the most exciting part. :qq:

I've read the WN on Syosetu a few times (yeah, in its entirety), so I already know what's supposed to happen. I'm really looking forward to how the artist portrays it.

iirc it was the archnoble librarians that were asked to sign oaths to only serve the new Zent. Since all librarians are already sworn to Mestionora, they could only refuse and be purged along with those from losing duchies.

Sorry, I couldn’t remember. My guess is it’s probably along the line of "so many have been killed yet they won't budge, and we need mana and people to function"

small correction here
in the series there are 3 types of vows that are applicable. 1st contracts(be that city duchy or country level) that are generally the least restrictive but also the most used but also the most simplest in terms and (iirc) only apply to those that sign it. 2nd Magical vows (which aren't really used cuz reputation) which require the use of the goddess of light crown and are basically just magical contracts but aren't as direct but also take into account intent (if i remember correctly the only one that we see are marriage vows). And finally devotion vows those being made by the arch librarians and things like name swearing for humans where your life is directly connected to the vow you undertake.
also there weren't that many librarians in the RA library there were 3 archlibrarians and their mednoble support.

Don't forget Eglantine's vow near the end of part 5.
