I assume you've used chapter numbers ending in .6 (e.g. 31.6, 36.6) to make them show up after the extra chapter (番外編) of each volume, which TOOR Scans has been labeling as .5 (e.g. 31.5, 36.5).

But volume 8 has a chapter officially labeled 41.5 and a 番外編, so calling this one 41.6 might mess things up.
