I'd look scornfully at anyone who complained about it being "late"... unless they had specifically commissioned you to keep this series updated quickly. I can somewhat understand if they're spending money to have it done.

God I loved this fight
Myne s mana is so intense that everyone else is literally invisible to the big cat and then she manages to defy everyone’s expectations with a stupidly large mana shield that she keeps up for a stupidly long time. Her only weakness here is how ridiculously tired she is (she is a very sickly child) but that’s easy enough to fix with tales of the Royal academy library

how insanely weird and unusual it is for Ferdinand to treat someone with any sort of kindness. They actually compare myne to a valuable plant that’s carefully cultivating for an experiment. Complete trivia, but:
The evolution below goltze is siltze.
Your trivia is correct, but the translation on page 2 is ALSO correct. The next evolution after zantze is fetze. And the one before goltze is siltze. So that zantze skipped at least 2 stages (fetze and siltze), possibly more if there are other steps between fetze and siltze...

page 17: "lend me your devine strength" -> divine strength
page 24: "unopened library" -> I assume it should be the "forbidden library". That translation as "forbidden" is important later on in part 4 and 5. The rest of the sentence also feel weird. I couldn't find the raw to check it, but since it should be Justus speaking, it should probably be more like something "Aah, so what about stories about the forbidden library?"?
also for page 24
calling it the "unopened library" also doesn't work because at the time when they (ferdinand justus and eckhart were in the royal academy that part of the library was actually opened and noone has reported that it was closed so refering to it that way doesn't work because noone in current ehrenfest would have the context for that)
sadly Ferdinand ain't a tsun for those ppl they know what love feels like they just in denial. Ferdinand was never shown anything even remotly close to love (except on 6 occasions throughout his entire life untill Myne came into the picture) so he sadly has no context for it
And even those occasions you mention can barely be considered as "close to love", something Ferdinand was made aware of during the Benno / Deid (Lutz's father) discussion at the temple.

There's a lot of really good stuff in this chapter outside of the story, so it stands out as a particularly well done chapter. The action is good and easy to follow, and the comedic tempo is right on point. I was laughing the whole time at the trio of idiots they my to figure out how to keep Myne awake

I am under no understanding that a promised schedule was made and therefore you are beholden to no one but yourself.
I am just happy to get updates when they come. IF I have any complaints, it is more on the mangaka's side. I am still waiting for part two releases and it's inevitable conclusion.

as far as part 5 of the series is concerned i can't say there's any evidence. (there may be some in the untranslated fanbooks or the sequal) the closest i can do is only speculate
personally the only thing i can speculate is that as this is the night of shutzaria it's the day/night where that specific godess may be able to hear them better and they might be able to sence them(my personal speculation for the numberous hands that are around her ball of mana and the frills behind her Myne has always somehow been more attuned to the gods then most ppl in that world meaning she might have somehow senced them
Not much of a spoiler, as you see it in the page just before... Rozemyne just felt like the gods were present at that moment. Remember that this is the Night of Schutzaria, and the prayer Rozemyne did was to Schutzaria.

What? No, it did not make it harder to use her mana. Where do you take that from?
For a split second, it felt as though the goddess herself was right next to me. I reflexively looked up at the purple moon, goosebumps raising on my arms. I couldn’t tell whether it was due to the moon or if something really was nearby, but the flow of mana felt a little different somehow.
