Actually the reason why Wilfred is tasked with it is because the trio knows that Rozmyne would exclude things that would get her in trouble because they are out of standard so they tasked Wilfred with writing it.
I think it's less about excluding things but more like her sense and priorities of things are way different from a typical noble. Things that Rosemyne find unimportant, she would gloss over it. But a typical nobility may find that unimportant stuff as something really important. And she also has this bad habit of plowing straight ahead on all matters concerning her interests without considering the consequences and aftermath of said action. If it was for something she wanted or was important to her and she had to curb stomp a few of nobles, she would happily do it and not care about the fallout. How do you she think she got in the predicament she was in right now, all because she wanted to read some books she found in the temple library at her baptism.
