Appreciate the feedback! I'll take a look at links asap. I don't have Photoshop so I was using GIMP. I was advised to try to adjust the levels but I found it difficult and annoying and my results were not that much better than the original scans. Ive also been given advice on how to procure Photoshop "legally" arrrrrrr! And I was planning on using it to work on volume 2.

You can use my raws which were upscaled and adjusted, if you wish. The file storage period is limited I guess.

Well... This was fun for the 8 chapters it lasted 
And holy hell I could not imagine using that trash pile of a program like GIMP for this kind of work. Adobe sucks but torrenting is easy and free, plus once you see how easy the workflow is in PS versus GIMP you will never want to go back.
Oh well, hope original scan dude is doing ok, his group name made me laugh lol.
