Yes, some mangakas relly too much in suspension of disbelief from the readers.

I wish he could have explored more about it in the story, specially in the beginning. He dropped some factors like their adapting / getting used to this situation, and the whole "my ex is a cunt" too soon (the later probably due to the publisher pressure, since he made the MF "too likeable")

Same problem as other series. Dragging things out with filler bs because the author doesn't lnow how to write or progress relationships and will just end the series when they actually commit to one.

I just wish prpgress wise we were 50% farther along than we already are at this chapter count. How long can you sustain attention on nothing but light, low stakes misunderstandings?

For quite awhile now there hasn't been that much drama and the romance has been pretty stalled. Without those I don't really know what the series has to fall back on. The slice of life is pretty boring and the lackluster comedy can't carry things on it's own.

I ain't sayin the series would be better if they were all fucking like rabbits by now...

The plot is one thing but the art is just so cute. It's clear that the translation team has love of this series as well, which makes it more of a joy to read.
