For how economically thriving the Nordic countries are, they couldn't afford to make good food of their own. They got meatballs, jam on the side, and licorice infused desserts and treats.

This is why I also think that UK is spiritually Nordic considering it was invaded by the Norse. Same shit food (except for the their bread & pastries, Shepherd's pie, Fish & Chips)
