Not that long, from what I remember of the web comic, there should be some chapters left, then it was the graduation and a time skip, I don't know how they will handle this in the manga tho.

@kalton @anideki in the web comic the last chapter of the main story is 140 so but it may be different here, if we are lucky there are still 20 chapters although it seem that the end is nearer here

The fact that they are so close to Graduation clearly mean this diverting from the ending of the original webcomic, where Hori dropped out after she got pregnant. It does raise the question how long will the story go past graduation though.
