Is it ever explained how Alice Doll survives/comes back from being decapitated? That one's been driving me crazy for a while. I've been reading the LN translation and it's brought up several times that Azure Nova cut off her head.

I don’t think this is explained in the WN/LN yet, but the latest raw chapter of the manga expanded on this.
