Ren's sisters' name is Miki Sasaki and Rumi Sasaki, not Hoshino.
And Naoto only learns about their existence in ch 7, so perhaps this is just a case of "same face syndrome" in author's art style.

well, the salaryman chara doesn't seem like he'd be the type to rly chat up/make new friends even within his office lol so it's good the host has a more easygoing personality (tho first names are pretty intimate in JP/ wouldn't be surprised if it was more intended 'shipping fuel' even if the mangaka doesn't intend for this to be a BL)

dang ren must be pretty successful if he gets the spotlight on a poster unless they rotate out every month or so lol
