I don't know if she killed herself. It kinda looks like she convinced Adam to kill her (maybe a murder-suicide kind of thing), which might constitute a suicide for this hotel idk.

She probably asked him to commit suicide together with her (as is seen with the cuts on her arms from all the self-harm) and she did it but her Adam chickened out, leaving her in the hotel. Wondering if everyone there is a suicide victim or something, like maybe the tentacle monster collects them on the way to the afterlife.
