miniature rocket with liquid fuel engine is just disaster waiting to happen don't you think
Oooooh nooooo, let me set out a welcome mat and my neckBetter watch out, she is a vampire
If you're referring to Pseudo Harem, I actually like how they did it. They sort of just fell for each other and started dating with no need for a confession, because they both knew without a doubt how the other person felt. There was no hint of indecisiveness from the characters in that show, at least not anything that was used as a major plot device. Whatever happened offscreen was for clarification, not a confession.I hope this doesn't set up another ending where they get together only in the timeskip but that's probably going to happen
I wouldn't be surprised if they did share a universe. Their art styles are basically identical, and I say that as a good thing.I want this to share universe with Giji Harem. It would be cool to see Eiji and Rin as side characters or cameos
I've read a bunch of manga that have this format, too. It feels like 4-Koma, except each panel is given all the space it needs, which makes it infinitely better for me. And I'll tell you there are a LOT of these short-form series that are really good. This series is cute, but the chapters are too short if this is going to be less of a "slow-burn" and more of a "main couple who clearly like each other just stagnate and don't advance for 300 chapters". It's not clear which direction they're headed yet, but my experience with the latter leads to my hesitance with getting more invested.
I am of the opinion that if you're trying to speed run the plot of a slice of life manga, you're doing it wrongThis series is cute, but the chapters are too short if this is going to be less of a "slow-burn" and more of a "main couple who clearly like each other just stagnate and don't advance for 300 chapters". Maybe, but the mangaka dropped us off in the middle of a status-quo changing event, where both characters clearly have feelings for one another, and everyone else is aware of their feelings for one another. When characters are developing feelings for one another after an introduction in a slice of life, or when one had feelings that the other is starting to either develop or recognize over time, slow burn is the way to go. But will-they-won't-they plots where the relationship doesn't make any development for a hundred chapters (or worse, a series of false starts because nobody knows how to communicate) are my least favorite romcom/slice of life trope. And maybe I'm jumping the gun, but something is setting off my "I've played these games before" alarms.I am of the opinion that if you're trying to speed run the plot of a slice of life manga, you're doing it wrong
this is such an underused tropeI want this to share universe with Giji Harem. It would be cool to see Eiji and Rin as side characters or cameos
I mean they were dating for a good chunk of Giji Harem. They just didn't get married until the timeskip.I hope this doesn't set up another ending where they get together only in the timeskip but that's probably going to happen
this is what usually happens in our RTO days, coffee badging baby!![No work was done that day.]
Well to be fair, they did get together before the timeskip in his previous work. It just made no sense why they waited however long it was to get married.I hope this doesn't set up another ending where they get together only in the timeskip but that's probably going to happen
