I don't know what Do Merda is in this manga, but in Portuguese Do is masculine for "of" (as in, "belongs to", "originated from" or "made of") and Merda means "shit."

When he said "Do Merda" my mind immediately went to "this is a grammatically incorrect way of saying 'from shit!'"
