I usually don't like 4Koma, but I like how the author is using to slow down and deepen each moment of intimacy.
It doesn't feel a fetish to me but more like "I love you so much, I can appreciate even the small parts of you, like your hair".
I do plan on doing D. It might take a while since I can only find it on the mangaka's blog and that's watermarked to hell so I'll have to clean it up.
Seifuku Date, as it stands, is a no. It's too far in the future to say with any certainty, but lean towards no.
