I mean, even with androids and so on, I would be hesitant to believe that a massive wall would take less than a year to create, due to bureaucratic red tape and delays that will happen at every stage of construction.
However, this is a literal "end of the world as we know it" scenario, so they probably just tried their best to get it up ASAP.

People keep complaining about how they built a wall under a year. What they should realize is that this world has ai robots that does all the labor and who basically don't need rest. I'm pretty sure people weren't against the wall being built, so there were no setbacks. Also A.I ROBOTS. It can be built within a few months.
