I have, the setting is just a total mess.
It instantly broke with the "oh, all androids have an infinite perpetual power source but software just prevents them from using it."

It makes it obvious what the ending is going to be, but the fights are fun to watch. The author kind of had to reveal why the robots are invulnerable just to explain all the otherwise world-breaking bullshit that's happening.
