I like this MC, I hope that we get more isekai/harem stories with MCs like this one: dude that has to work hard to deserve his glory.

Actually, many manga are like that. For example, a light novel author has a promising story and has an artist friend. So they work together to make a story with the manga publisher such as the case with Highschool of the Dead manga. Or the manga publisher contacts the light novel author and introduces an artist to the author. They then work together.
