How do I rate manga?

General site question: How do you rate manga? I am logged in and I can't see any option to rate them, both on desktop and mobile. I can view the ratings that already exist, though.

Weird, that button doesn't show up on my phone both on the mobile site and forced desktop view, but when I move to pc it is visible. Thanks for the information!
