Haha. Very funny. But I will have the last laugh. There's some legs left and you can't have any.Guess it's a good thing ducks don't roost in trees.

I managed to quit for a decent amount of time about a year ago, but then I started getting nosebleeds all the time (yes, I used a vape) and had to get my nose cauterized, so I went back to smoking. I was going to try using those zyn nicotine pouches, but they banned all the flavors other than mint.I found two things to be true - there was no point trying to quit until I was committed, and once I did quit weight gain followed (though not to an excessive degree).

Yeah, it wasn't a fun time, but at least the blood vessel in my nose got sealed up. It's pretty terrifying to have a massive nose bleed while you're driving and your nose decided to blow open while you're doing 100km on the highway.
Okay, serious answer :
How fit i am ? I'm not : 1 m 75 cm, 92 Kg. Also, please have a stroke dear americans because fuck your shitty freedom units.
And again, fuck freedom units.
I should probably try to quit smoking again, but that easier said than done when everyone around you is also a smoker.
Drove past a women's cross country team on the way to the record shop this afternoon - does that count for something?Guys, gals, anybody and everybody. Don't hesitate to tell what you've done recently in terms of fitness.
A blood test this morning, everything is normal (except my ALAT enzymes, a bit increased as usual), and i even have a high HDL-c (good for health). My red yeast extract seem to works, my LDL-c did decrease since last time.Guys, gals, anybody and everybody. Don't hesitate to tell what you've done recently in terms of fitness.
