How is "Reaction Score" calculated?

Is it really that simple as "1 positive reaction -> +1 score" and "1 negative reaction -> -1 score"?

I no longer am in negative Reaction score, my past of guinea pig will be quickly forgotten.

This case is why I think it can be a good idea this system.

You want to lower a score => lower your score at the same time. And trolls who try to destroy the score of other users they can no longer be "invisible".

An alt will need to get some score. You just disallow downvoting if your score is <=0, simple answer
