Doesn't matter which it is, I didn't even consider such a possibility and instead thought an elf interfered and killed the guy because he was about to kill the girl. Him getting pierced by the pipe when there's no elf magic involved just doesn't seem plausible.

Depending on thickness, yeah, you can absolutely stab someone with a pipe if you apply enough force.

I've witnessed a guy that fallen down while he was building a steel scaffolding, it was just 2m high, no biggie, but when he panicked and grabbed anything to prevent fall he pulled down a pack of pipes used for central heating. Some pipes fell under angle from about 2m height, but one was vertical, it punctured his thigh clean through as he was wearing just a synthetic tracksuit pants. Definitely didn't walk it off...

What's not realistic is Sena not being raped her brains out several times already.
