Yeah, the way the story went at first, was that Euijae just wanted to survived and live quietly after what he went through in that rift all alone after his comrades all die, but now the sudden reveal of the very thing reason he had to come back is because of that kid he just met years ago, like where was this plot back then?

This should’ve felt more special now that Euijae knew who the kid was, but I just got nothing from it now the secret is revealed lol.

Maybe I was just expecting they didn’t know each other before in this universe, so the meeting is pure start from 0 and their romantic feelings just grew from there. But the moment the author decided to show us about this ‘secret kid’ euijae saved years ago, I just knew the story would suddenly mentioned some very important details that never even bothered to showed up even but little at the beginning. To support this new facts.

Hmm, I'm not sure. Didn't he mention "that kid/boy" a lot of times even way before this (I think it started in around chapter 20+ when he was talking to Nam Woojin and continued onward) and the reason why he didn't look for the kid is because he thought he already died since J was the reason he was getting treated anyway and he provides everything like the money, poison and stuff so without him the kid is bound to "die". Also yes, LSY was his salvation in the WSR UNTIL he saw his aunt die in his arms, he completely lost hope and the fact that THERE'S A HIGH POSSIBILITY that the kid died is already enough to just make him decide to live quietly. (LSY would've really died... Something just happened and it'll be explain in future chapters) Sorry my English is bad lol
