I read this years ago and just remembered about it now. It's one of my favorite occult manga. The subtly creepy atmosphere and the references to Japanese folklore make it such a treat to read. I wish they licensed this in English so we can at least buy the translated version. 
I have raw copies from volume 11 to 27, but I'm missing volumes 9 and 10. Anyone know where I can get the volumes I'm missing?

And if it isn't too much trouble I’d love to hear all the details! I’ve been so curious about this story. Since it’s still ongoing, how has it evolved over the last 30 years? Do you have any insight into the latest chapters? Is time progressing naturally, or is Ritsu still portrayed as a young adult? Is there a romantic subplot? And do the cousins actually end up together? I really hope that idea was scrapped. Share anything you know. Can’t believe this hasn’t been made into an anime. It would be incredible!
