Yes there is, author at the start of the WN called the difference by giving them a different version name too, the author called the WN the "battle version", while the LN is the "lovey dovey" version, but some differences are

WN is more of a harem like work, so the leads keep getting heavily cockblocked (there is like 10 or 11 other horny women), but the mentioned character is the worst offender, there is some combat stuff down the line, aside characters dynamic being different in the WN due to it, start is sorta samey but different due to some characters not being there (i think Maya was one of those, as i dont remember her name being a thing there, but last time i checked was a good while ago), fmc is extremely horny

The LN is more of a sappy romance work, it focus mostly on the leads and their romance, there is sort of an harem element, but isn't as invasive as the WN one, it got toned down by alot, they added some new characters or at least named them, fmc is still horny but got toned down too
