Ah, PTSD. Good representation of it, and I like that it is a) happening to the protag, which is realistic for the situation he's been in as well as his tendency for audiovisual hallucinations, and b) not about a specific event, but many events in culmination. You get the "specific thing" PTSD a lot, so the fact that the author isn't doing that is cool.
