I think the manga I'm looking for is about a vrmmo world where the MC kills players/NPC alike for fun. I'm actually not sure if this manga is really a vrmmo kind or an isekai but what i do know is as soon as the MC went it to this world she started killing players/NPC.

She is the sadistic type.
She always have that smile on her face when killing.
