Taking things sideways: I feel reasonably confident that trying to pick apart the utter disaster of a relationship this would be is unlikely to be particularly fruitful, because it's just the author's particular verbal-abuse fetish.

IRL the usual rules for that sort of thing would seem to apply; a consensual trash-talk/coddling combo of this sort would be okay, one should ideally be sure to have a safe-word, etc. Otherwise, grounds for a restraining order.
