Can't remember the name for the life of me, but there was an isekai where 2 rival gamers ended up in the same game and not only stayed monogamous but jumped to an alt universe to help their alt selves get together. The entire story was basically just them flirting with each other the entire time as they saved the world. Great story.

I'm actually with MC here. What stood out about that letter isn't the shape of the stickers but actually the number it's the triplets back either with confidence to face him again or ready to apologize in fear of his new power.
Also from a storytelling perspective I really don't think a love letter that just gets refused actually provides anything useful to the story that can't also be accomplished by a letter of challenge that our rabbit girl mistakes for a love letter(plus can also subvert audience expectations by having him be right about this)
