@Echonic I'm more surprised that all his party member were good people. Lately in many mangas only the MC is a decent person and the rest of the party are 4ssh0les for some reason or other. Is nice to see a party that really cares for the MC.
@JuliusCV
That's also what I was thinking, it's nice that the mc wasn't betrayed or belittled by the other hero's, it's also why I said that i'm glad that there were no girls in the party. Because for some reason the males in the hero party are always assholes and the girls are apparently usually 'good' people that love the mc despite the fact they stayed in the party even though they kicked out the hero and the heroine saying nothing against it at all, and then they join the harem later on like nothing ever happened.
@Echonic
Spoilers re: party composition from the WN
They had a healer, but she left the party after she got pregnant. She and the Hero were married and when the MC comes back she's become the queen. One of the reasons Luck stayed behind was because Golan's daughter was still a small child and Erik's hadn't been born yet, and since the party was very close knit he wanted to buy enough time for the others to regroup but instead ends up soloing the raid over the course of ten years.
@Echonic The other party members were a meathead fighter, a paladin-type, and a healer. None of them could reopen the dimensional rift to rescue the wizard.
@alannondarklord Damn, my feelings about them keep fluctuating but i'm glad they tried. I'd thought that they went to their family's and never looked back.
