I think the translation for the first page seems quite shoddy. The subjects in the head maid's lines .
E.g.
1. "He's a hard worker and seems to trust the young miss" is probably "He's a hard worker and the young miss seems to trust him"
2. It doesn't make sense for "I am a little too close to the young miss" it makes more sense for her to be talking about the butler rather than herself.
Japanese usually omits the subject which needs to be discerned through context clues. So without checking the raws, I can't say for sure but that page would've made 100% more sense with my interpretation I think.
