I like this a lot. The filter by the emperor's tyrant personality which is better than "I reincarnated into this person and so I will do my thing and misunderstandings will fix everything" crappy plot. And then this system where you don't get it out of nowhere but instead from a ruin. Although the tyranny behavior meeting with absolute obedience feels a little too comedic its enjoyable for me.
